All Gutter Systems Refund Policy
All Gutter Systems offers a full refund, for any reason, up to 10 days from the date on which your deposit was made.
After 10 days from the placement date of your deposit, All Gutter Systems is not able to offer a refund on your deposit. The initial deposit is meant to cover basic costs like materials and office staff time, etc.
All Gutter Systems can keep your initial deposit on file for one year from the date of your contract in which to have the work completed by us. Should the job not be completed after the lapse of one year, the deposit will be forfeited and retained by All Gutter Systems.
Exceptions to this policy may be invoked if All Gutter Systems has failed to schedule the work within the contracted time, or if we have failed the customer on our part in some other way. All exceptions to the Refund Policy will be determined by All Gutter Systems management team, solely at our own discretion.
